With 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this villa can accommodate up to 20 adults + children, plus an additional * Den/Office or 11th guest sleeping room, Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a Nespresso cappuccino, latte maker, and soda stream to make your sparkling water or soda. The large kitchen and living room table can seat up to 20 people, making it the perfect place for a family dinner or group gathering.
The living room is furnished with an oversized sofa group, coffee table, and a 75-inch Smart TV, providing the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. With 14 TVs throughout the home, there are plenty of entertainment options.
For those who love movies, games, and golf, the in-house Movie- Game and Golf Studio is the perfect place to spend your time. And when it's time to enjoy the outdoors, the patio offers seating for up to 28 people and a BBQ grill, making it the perfect place for a cookout.

Upon entering the ground floor, you will find 2 en-suites, including 4 bedrooms with 4 king-sized, 1 Queen, and 3 single beds or up to 10 single beds (your choice with our sophisticated customized bed set, and one Den/Office, which can be a makeshift room as an 11th sleeping room if needed) and each with its ensuite bathroom and SMART TVs.
Head on up to the second floor, and you will find 3 more en-suites with 6 king beds 2 full-size, 3 singles, or up to 17 single beds (your choice).
