IMPORTANT NOTE regarding CHECK-IN: Please do not just show up and expect to be checked in since this is a private home. We always try to be flexible on check-in and check-out whenever possible. It all depends on when previous guests check out, maintenance needs to be done, and when future guests arrive. Regular check-in is at around 5 pm or later for your arrival. The apartment condo is on the top 4th floor; the elevator goes up to the 3rd floor. To get to the apartment condo, use the last stairs from the 3rd to the 4th floor. IMPORTANT NOTE: Rate varies/fluctuates depending on number of adults and children staying. Please make sure you enter right estimated number of guests when inquiring. Also if you are on a limited budget please specify budget when inquiries as we have other units that are smaller/less expensive and larger/exclusive which may be more suitable for you. SHEETS, DUVET & BEDDING: - We provide 2 twin down comforters for the king-size Bed and 1 twin down comforter for the full-size bed. (that is 1 per person) - We provide 4 pillows for a king size bed-set-up and 2 pillows for each twin size bed-set-up (that is 2 per person) - We use duvet sheets that go around each down comforter, which are common in Europe and at most modern hotels. The duvet sheet cover sheets get washed before each guest's arrival. Therefore we do not use any additional top sheets as the duvet sheet covers the comforter is the fitted top sheet FRANCE 220V electric If you are from another country using 110V such as the USA, please know Europe uses 220V and some electrical plugs/frequencies still vary from country to country. We recommend you pick up a 220V charger as it is a common standard in Europe and do not rely on 110V to 220V converters (from Amazon or the airport) as most of them stop working after a while or burn out. Local iPhone or Android chargers you can pretty much pick up anywhere (including most auto stops or gas stations). Also, take note do not bring hair dryers/curlers/steamers from the USA as they often cannot handle the 220V even with converters. We provide iron and hair dryers. If you need anything else let us know and we may be able to provide that for you prior to arrival (or you can buy anyone you need at Darty or Fnac stores only a 5-minute walk down the street on Rue D'Antibes if needed).
