Kitchen: Fully Equipped Kitchen with Stove cooktop, Over-the-counter Convectional Microwave Oven, Fridge-Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Blender, Pots & Pans, Cooking/eating utensils, Iron, Ironing-board, Ice-Bucket, Wine Glasses, Dining Table with chairs. The living room has a 70-inch Smart TV and a comfortable sofa group overlooking the inviting pool area. The bedroom has 2 King Size Beds and 2 extra single daybeds, 50 Inch Plasma TV with Cable TV, and closets. All Beds come with Down Comforters, Memory Foam, Duvet Sheet Covers, and High Thread Count Bed Linen. Bathroom with 1 Bath Tub & Shower, High Tread Count Bed- & Bath Linen. Pool Area is right outside your door and has a total of 3 Pools including one swimming pool and two whirlpool Hot Tub Jacuzzis. Host a BBQ on the spacious pool patio, complete with a BBQ grill. Also if you are on a limited budget please specify budget when inquiries as we have other units that are smaller/less expensive and larger/exclusive which may be more suitable for you. For Special Events or Holidays please inquire first and do not instantly book to confirm price, availability, and options. Please make sure you have seen the floor plan and understand the layout, furnishing, and size of the unit. We allow max 2 adults and 4 children for one family only. The unit is not set up for multiple adults, multiple couples, or more than one family since the unit is 540sf. Once your reservation is made, we have a preferred list of Personal Chefs and Grocery Shopping services that are available at an additional cost upon request with advance notice. If you require additional housekeeping during your stay, we can arrange it for you at nominal charges. SHEETS, DUVET & BEDDING - We provide 2 Twin size down comforters for a King size bed set up and 1 Twin down comforter for each Twin size bed set up. (1 per person) - We provide 4 pillows for a King size bed set up and 2 pillows for each Twin size bed set up (that is 2 per person) - We use duvet sheets that go around each down comforter, which are common in Europe and at most modern hotels. The duvet sheet cover sheets get washed before each guest's arrival. Therefore, we do not use any additional top sheets as the duvet sheet that covers the comforter is the fitted top sheet. CUSTOMIZED BED SET-UP: Please reach out to our home caretaker via EMAIL at least 7 days prior to your arrival with your preferred bed set up (if you are singles or couples/king beds vs twin beds). - When a King size bed set up is requested, it consists of 2 Twin bed frames being placed together covered with memory foam and a King size mattress cover so, you get the comfortable King size bed experience. OPTIONAL GOLF MEMBERSHIP Only a one-time registration fee of $49+tax pp is applicable and includes; One green fee round on each of the below courses (weekdays anytime & weekends after 11 am). You only pay a member cart/fee of $32+tax per person at the course. Publix Grocery store and Starbucks are nearby, such as Charlie’s Steak House and Kobe Japanese Steak House. The Nike Factory Outlet is less than 1 mile away. 10-min to Disney Animal Kingdom & Theme Parks and 15-min to Orlando Convention Center. Free unlimited parking right outside your door. If you're looking to explore scenic neighborhoods, we highly recommend renting a car. With a rental car, you can easily visit nearby attractions and take in the breathtaking views of the area.
