PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING • City-view unit: no ocean view and no balcony. The beach is directly across the street. • Ocean Drive is lively, especially on weekends and event dates. • Parking is not included (street meters and a garage about 1 block away). • Registered overnight guests only, maximum 8. No parties, events or excessive noise. • Check-in after 5:00 PM, checkout by 11:00 AM. • Pets require advance approval and an applicable pet fee. Pets must arrive freshly groomed, flea-free and with nails trimmed. Please tell us about your pet before booking. IMPORTANT NOTE: Rate varies/fluctuates depending on number of adults and children staying. Please make sure you enter right estimated number of guests when inquiring. If you plan on arriving on a Friday or Saturday for more than five nights, please inquire about availability before booking. We usually do not allow Friday or Saturday arrivals if the stay is more than five nights since it would cover two possible weekends. Note, there is a restaurant on the first floor with an outdoor terrace overlooking world famous Lummus Park Beach and South Beach Muscle Beach Gym (there is no balcony or terrace in or for the condo, however the beach is just about a stone through away from the exterior of building.
