PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING • City-view unit: no ocean view and no balcony. The beach is directly across the street. • About 1,500 sq ft: bedrooms are compact, common space is shared. Please review the photo tour and floor plan so your group knows the layout. • Ocean Drive is lively, especially on weekends and event dates. If you need total quiet, this may not be the right fit. • Parking is not included (paid valet at the building; street meters and garages nearby). • Registered overnight guests only. No parties, events, open-invite gatherings or excessive noise. • Bed setups must be requested at least 7 days before arrival. • Rates vary by dates, length of stay and number of registered guests. • Check-in after 5:00 PM, checkout before 11:00 AM. • Pets require prior approval and must arrive freshly groomed, flea-free and with nails trimmed. A pet fee applies. • Stays of more than 5 nights starting on a Friday or Saturday: please message us before booking. FLEXIBLE BED SETUP: Several rooms can be prepared as one king or two separate twin beds. King configurations use a memory-foam topper over the joined twin bases for a comfortable continuous sleeping surface. Please request your preferred setup at least 7 days before arrival. Note, there is a restaurant on the first floor with an outdoor terrace overlooking world famous Lummus Park Beach and South Beach Muscle Beach Gym (there is no balcony or terrace in or for the condo, however the beach is just about a stone through away from the exterior of building

Guests have private use of the entire apartment. Building staff assist with arrival and entry, and exact check-in instructions are sent before arrival. Paid valet parking is available at the building, with metered street parking and public garages nearby.
