We were gathering from all over the country for a memorial service. This was the perfect spot for our family of 13. Location was excellent, the villa was clean and had everything we needed to keep our group happy and comfortable. Ann and Lars were responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. Ann and Lars operate a pristine, well-appointed property in a prime South Beach location. Being right on Ocean Drive is a distinct advantage, but the real value is in how they manage the unit. It was spotlessly clean and fully stocked with practical amenities for a family. Whenever we needed something, their response was immediate, and they frequently went out of their way to accommodate us. A top-tier experience!

Lovely area. Great for golf, pickleball and tennis enthusiasts. Many rooms and great hot tub. Welcoming setting with flowers, champagne, strawberries and chocolates. Host or their property manager reached out many times making sure all was well. Very thoughtful!

Ann and her team were truly some of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. We had a last-minute cancellation with another Airbnb, and they were incredibly kind and gracious in accommodating our bachelorette group. They were also very responsive and made sure all of our needs were taken care of throughout our stay. The place looked exactly like the photos: clean, beautiful, and perfect for our bachelorette trip. The location was amazing as well, within walking distance to so many spots in South Beach. I would 100% recommend staying here and would absolutely book again!

its not often that I stay at a location for 20 days, so clearly feeling at home is a major concern. Ann and Lars home was perfect for my visit. it offered all home like amenities, easy travel to work and restaurants but most importantly enough space for an entire family (although I couldn't take advantage of this) without a doubt I will be staying here in the future.

Great place for a group of 13. Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Only downside was I wish there was a slightly bigger common area for all of us to gather. But other than that, it met all of our expectations.

Ann and Lars were a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. Always responsive, very friendly and communicated clearly from booking to checking out. We would definitely consider staying here again. The house was spacious, clean, had everything we needed - very well stocked kitchen as well! Overall experience was 5-star!!

The location for the Apartment is wonderful.. and for the Christmas holidays it was perfect to get to the beach and restaurants.. A nice spot for South Beach......... Ann & Lars were responsive to any of our requests..........

The Airbnb’s location is amazing and it had everything we needed to make our trip great, from the beach chairs to the amenities. Ann & Lars were very responsive whenever we had questions and made us feel welcomed and special. Highly recommend this spot if you’re wanting a great time in Miami.
